I love the closeup of this flower. The petals almost look like waves and help my eye move around the whole image. Typically, we do not center subjects, but by doing so it really does look symmetrical and a lot like a tree.
The only thing I might have done is reduce the dark spot on the bruised petal that is on the right near the rule of thirds. My eye keeps going back to that one, because it is darker than all of the others. |

Great photo and the walk leads you right into the picture. I like the different textures and cropping. I also like that you left the windows out of the final. Really nice shot and the distortion is not nearly as noticeable in the final image. |

Beautiful photo of the snow. I really like how the tree frames the picture and the open area leads you in to the image. There is lots of texture and shapes to keep your interest. Nice shot. |

I love Yellowstone and am lucky enough to have been able to visit many times. This is a nice photo of Old Faithful and the high contrast makes it really stand out.
I think I would prefer to see a little more detail in the hill behind the geyser so the trees and shapes are visible. |

I really like this image and think it is especially well suited to monochrome. With the photo in black and white the background is not distracting. As a subject I think her age and the way she is posed tells a nice story. I also like the smooth and rough textures.
The one thing I might change is the large pit on the wall along the left bottom of image edge. It is bigger and brighter than the others and kind of draws my eye to it. |
