30 Jan 26 Reply Thanks Judi! You made me laugh as I have been reading several murder mysteries lately. Anyone have a catchy title for this...???! Jan 17th
30 Jan 26 Reply Seeing Walter's example, I think I have to agree that I prefer the image without the reflection. Jan 12th
30 Jan 26 Comment The lighting feels harsh to me and for some reason her toes being lost in the sand are distracting to me as well. I do like the blurred background and the pink glow in the sky matches her top. Jan 8th
30 Jan 26 Comment A lovely snow scene, although I agree that it is a little noisy. I increased the contrast a little, changed the crop to remove the person from the center while at the same time removing the tire tracks. Just a suggestion, you may or may not like. Jan 8th
30 Jan 26 Comment Jody, I truly enjoy this image! I think your "gritty" treatment works extremely well here. I wondered about maybe removing the white signage on the dumpsters, but after considering it, I think you were correct to leave them in.... especially the one that says "warning". How appropriate for this space. Well done! Jan 8th
30 Jan 26 Reply Not being a Zeppelin fan, I had to look up the cover. I can definitely see why you thought of it! Jan 8th
30 Jan 26 Comment Banff is such a beautiful place to visit and photograph. I think you did an excellent job lightening and brightening the sky and the mountain. I enjoy that there is still detail in the foreground snow. I do wish there was more light on the reflection, however. Perhaps a radial gradient to brighten that area a little? Jan 8th
30 Jan 26 Comment This is indeed very abstract and I must admit it took me quite awhile to actually recognize the "shadow". I do agree with Patrick that the dust spots need cleaning up. I also agree that it would benefit from more contrast. An interesting subject. Jan 7th
30 Jan 26 Comment I agree, a very pleasant Christmas portrait. I do wish the model on the right was looking at the camera, as are the other two models. Jan 7th
30 Jan 26 Reply I like the crop, but I prefer the darker look of my original as that is the way the hallway looks, but there is no way for you to have known that. Jan 7th
30 Jan 26 Reply I like your adjustments. Thank you for the suggestions. Jan 7th
