Unfortunately I didn't include any in the original. If I remember correctly there were too many distractions in the background. |

This is magic! The blue tone works very well. Have you considered cropping from the bottom? I think I would like it if cropped to just before the light spill on the ground. |

I love this!!! I like both Leonid's and Mark's suggestions. My suggestion would be to crop from the left up to the green bush/tree. |

The position of crane booms makes this composition work. I would like to suggest that you increase the contrast. As presented you essentially have a gray photo. Use your contrast sliders to adjust the blacks and the whites until you have what works best for the image. That will help pop the heavy clouds as well. I did notice in Leonid's version, there are some artifacts above the right hand crane, but I know his was just a suggestion, not a finished product. |

You obviously are an outstanding portrait photographer. Of course, having this charming subject helps! I'm not sure if I like the white (fence posts?) behind him or not. Also, I would like to see a tiny bit more canvas added to the right hand side. I appreciate Leonid's comment as I have not used high pass.

Fascinating building. To me it looks like it has an old dirigible on the roof. I enjoy the patterns. This works well in bw. I have to admit I cannot see the difference between yours and Leonids? |

I enjoy found subjects like this. Your title helps tell the store. For soc this is amazing. I think your composition works very well. If you were going to do some post processing I would suggest toning down the top parts of the drainage pipe. Did you see the face in the upper lefthand corner plate? It seems to be saying, "why can't we be pretty like the rest of the building?" |
