There is not much I can add that the others have not already stated. It appears to me that the interior of the boat has a similar pink to it. I'm wondering if the pink reflection is from the rim of the boat? I would suggest cropping the top to remove the rougher water and crop from the right about 1/2 to 1/3 of the way to the stern of the boat. |

Love the title! You have a tight crop all the way around but I think in this case it works quite well. You want us to admire the car without any distractions. Jon's point about the blur is interesting. Great job getting the "shine" of the car without distracting blow outs. Well done!

I think there is a lot you could do with this subject and I hope you have other shots of it from different angles, close ups, etc. In this case, I do wish the front wheel was not cut off. The peeling paint on the background building is in keeping with the subject, but even so I would like to see it blurred. Using LR I have slightly blurred the background, worked with the sliders to make changes with the hue, sat, luminence, added a very slight blur to the background. You could do more with it. These are just suggestions to separate the subject from the background. |

I agree with Bill's comment about adjusting the bright area of the sky on the right side. I like how the light has hit the foreground, while the rest is in near dark. I am glad to see you shot this over what appears to be a bare, rocky terrain. Anyone trying this needs to be cautious as these sparks can and have started fires. |

Very pleasing image. You did a good job of removing extraneous background distractions. I find the blue cars to bright and distracting from the main subject... the engine. They are the brightest spot and draw my eye out of the picture. I'm not clear on the "oil" "cloud of steam". Are you referring to the black at the top of the engine? Not knowing much about engines, it is distracting to me. Maybe lighten it a little, especially near the top edge of the photo? I may be way off on that, again, could just be my ignorance on the subject. |

I definitely like this. Excellent environmental portrait that tells a good story. Not being a hunter, I found the turkey decoy a little amusing at first glance! My only nitpick would be to add some canvas on the left side. The rifle barrel intersects with the tree in the background, plus is too close to the edge of the image for me. I think adding canvas there would solve that issue. And, yes, love the light on his face.
