Thank you Jon! I wasn't sure about the pizza sign.

It looks like you found the perfectly shaped rose as your subject. The placement of the rose with the other flowers (stasis?) in the background certainly makes a pleasing composition. I like that we can see some detail in the opened petals. The colors seem a little bright but may be the difference from one monitor to another. I have no suggestions. Thanks for sharing!

I imagine this was late afternoon, due to the long shadows. I think this scene was well spotted! I like the simplicity of it. You were fortunate that the sidewalk, road and field behind it were rather plain so that they don't interfere with the subjects. I like your crop, I think it is well balanced to the left and right of the pole and bicycle. BW is the perfect choice here. Thank you for sharing this.

This image is very pleasing to the eye. Great job with the lighting and colors. The clouds are a great addition to the scene. Did you take any close ups of elements of the rusty bridge? I have no suggestions. Well done.

Interesting subject. I'm glad you left the buildings in. The golden light and colors draw me into the image. The reflections add a strange sort of shape to the clouds. I think you did a good job allowing enough space all around the reflection of the clouds. I would consider cloning out the object reflecting lower left corner.

Over all I like what you did with this. (Thanks for including an earlier version). I understand that you wanted a soft quality to this image, but I think I would enjoy it more if the second or third busts were sharper. I feel as if I need something sharp to focus on. |

I wish the pizza sign was something else like "fun", but decided to leave it because of the lighting. I would be interested to see if others would recommend removing or blurring it?

I like the trio of drops. The focus stacking worked well for these. They are intriguing and directs to viewer to look closer to the image. One thing I do not care for is that what I think the focus stacking did to the white spots on the stems. I find them distracting and because they are not in focus, confusing to the eye. I might consider removing all or most of them.
