I like the black and white better than the color. And if your intent was to show the emptiness of the bar as opposed to normal times, I kind of like the out of focus and blur of the people and the background. It gives it the out of focus feeling most of us are feeling around now. But if your intent was to show the people interacting then you should try to get another shot sometime when they are open inside again because the blurriness and unsharpness detracts from that story. |

Brugges looks like a lovely place to visit. I would love to be on one of those tour boats going on the canals. It is a very pleasant and peaceful image. I do agree about the sky not being consistent with the lighting of the photo tho.
Camera Raw and Lightroom are nearly the same so you could transition to LR very easily if you wished. There are also a great number of books out there that give you instructions. |

I did convert it to monochrome to see how I liked it and decided I liked the color version better as I think the colors of his outfit are part of the story. |

I too agree with Victor. I wouldn't change anything. The man's character shines thru in his face and outfit. Great shot.

It truly is a story of our times with the different layers of isolation (distancing, masks, no masks)but I didn't really get the significance until you explained it. Another title maybe as Carol suggested. Now that I see it this way it really shows how society is dealing with this pandemic. I do not care for the b&w as well as the color, and I do like leaving the dog in for the reason that Victor said. |

Beautiful photo. The colors and the composition are perfect. It really brings a feeling of serenity when I look at it. |

What a great photo. I especially love the body language of the woman, with her arms crossed and a skeptical look on her face. I wonder what he is trying to convince her of. I agree with both J. Lanning Smith and Victor Dallons about the cropping and the addition of the post. With the post there it puts the focus right between the man and woman right where you want it to be. The man in back doesn't bother me at all.
