A lovely scene, featuring a number of textures. I want to walk out into the water and enjoy the tranquility you have created. Good job to remove the branch, it was a distraction |

You have captured a different and pleasing contrast placing the flower with the rock. I like the gold detail in the rock, well seen. Top of image seems a little dark, like has been previously stated I think some green would improve the image. |

This plant is so interesting, the shapes and lines add to the interest. Some burning to darken the bright gold elements may help. Have you tried placing a piece of black card behind the plant to block out the distracting background elements? The colours would really pop of the black |

Im not a fan of your edit, the blur and the vignette distract from the white cub. You have caught a great expression on his face and I feel retaining the three trailing lions adds to the story and provides a much stronger image. The white cub remains the hero of the shot. I prefer Janice's crop as it gives more room for the loins to look wild and free |

You have caught so much atmosphere with this image Janice, I love it. The great layers through the scene, colour pallet is moody yet inviting. Like the others I think removing the sign has improved the image and I do like the leading line of the road. Great capture |

I agree Walter, something a little different and very effective. I would not have thought to edit in that way

Hi Nicole, thank you for your comments on my image. Editing is still minefield for me and any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I like the edit both Janice and Frank have produced, two different but effective views.... |

Hi Frank, thank you very much for your edit. I really love your version. These are racehorses trained by a prominent Australian Trainer based in Melbourne but who also has this country base. Im going to print the image for them and feel your edit would be awesome, the horses really do pop. Thanx again Frank |
