Thanks Mervyn, yes I did consider a vertical crop, but I liked the clear ripples in the water and I wanted to highlight the features in the bird. Had the reflection of the bird been closer I may have gone the other way. |

Good on you Brenda, you have processed this well, the sky has come out really well and the colours look great. It is not easy to get that sky in focus when all around is so dark. The rest has been said by Dean. |

You love your flowers Jacob and have captured it well, I think that I would crop quite a bit to make the flowers more dominant. Try vignetting the picture, that may focus more on the flowers and remove the burnt section to the top right. |

You do come up with some unique shots Candy. As I would expect from you, sharp, good lighting and a great background |

Great you have captured the bird really well, I would possibly clone out the stalk on the left, darken the reflection of the stalk and rotate the picture a little clockwise and try a little cropping. |

Dean, colours and reflections make the shot, I do agree with Mervyn that a little off the bottom and straightening the picture would make it just so much better, good on you, Geoff |

Another great African shot, I agree with the crop all goes down well. As said before you were luck to get to Africa before the flights closed. |
