Thanks Brenda for your comment, I agree, the outback is bizarre and unlike anything else on the planet. And as I have already commented there is nothing out there to give any perspective to the picture. Thats what you can fly across for hours without anything to see. As I said in my intro it is not a great shot but it is unique. |

Thanks Brenda, I was referring to lowering the wing on the left and raising the wing on the left, but it was only a personal thought, what you had was great. |

Brenda the blurred background sets the stage for the bird well done. I would have liked to see the eyes of the bird. In my books any bird shot hinges on the eyes but that is my preference and who is to say that is the way things should be. Again personal preference, I would have levelled the bird. |

I would possibly crop the image a little more and remove the shadow to the right of the picture. |

Your work as usual Candy is well presented and your skill at post production has enhanced the image well. I can not think of any way to improve the pic. |

Love the clean image, no footprints, I do feel that the black and white is more dramatic and brings out the ripples in the sand. Personally i would like to have seen a little more at the top of the pic. Great patterns in the sand. |

I like the symmetry of the two animals Mervyn, I would possibly crop a little off the top as I do find the background a little distracting. |

Thanks Dean, I agree it is not a place to put down. Mind you when traveling in such remote regions you don't want to know what survival measures you are forced to take. I agree it is hard to get the scale but there is nothing out there to get the scale, such as a car or water tower. |
