Thanks, Gunter. I have no idea why I titled it "Future." At my age if I remember the names of my great grandchildren, I feel smart. The orange blotch at the end is the generator. I agree it isn't a necessary element, I just failed to see it. My title in LR is Lighthouse composite 2. |

The VP is his best solution to making tonal and color adjustments quickly. They save me a lot of time. AI is up to PSA for me at this point. My club doesn't allow it, but I'm not sure it is all that effective yet. I use a lot of actions, some by Blake, some by Adobe built in. Timesavers mostly. The glow above was added from the VP Effects. |

I wonder sometimes if my goal in photography should be fine art, realism, documentation, or combinations. Photo editing has become an even greater dilemma for me.
As your image this month recreates an impressionist painting from a mundane image, I must ask myself if going forward I try to find artistic release from my photography or from my editing. |

I use Blake's Visionary Panel and Heat Maps in His ZSE 7. He is great and my wife likes Anthony Morganti as he is a little less techie for her. |

What do you use for your Depth Map, Gunter?
I am not sure you need the heavy vignette as the leaves have enough interest to draw and keep the eye in the frame. Ian's vignette is more to my taste. I also decided to play a bit and have this alternative image with a glow added, but a lighter vignette. |

Thanks, Ian. There wasn't an avatar with his name, nor had Dorinda been able to find him, and she is helping Barbara keep DDG members current. I wasn't that concerned with the actual sharpness, but many are so I gave it a whirl with LRCC 2025 Classics new AI tools. Didn't really make a difference to me. Alex Morganti has great videos on the 2025 tool changes in Classic for those on the photography plan. |

Gary, it is difficult to sharpen at this stage of processing, but I guess with some added sharpness and clarity in LRCC, it may look better to you, but not to me. Thanks for adding comments to the group this month. If you aren't a member of PSA, or DDG, I might consider joining. |

Hi Robin. Best creative image of the month IMO. There is a huge jump in emotions from the dark industrial background to the homesick child. I might consider a background showing what she misses instead. Nicely done and arranged composite. |

Hi Gunter, your leaves are warm and earthy. Rich colors on a light background work well. The swirl is a good filter to use for this well-balanced image. You might consider a little color toning to add depth. |

Hi Ian, I believe you have met your goal with this image, as it is more colorful and conveys a warm and fuzzy feeling to me. The original lacked pop for sure. Excellent job. |
