Nick,
Excellent photography through-out the video. The contrast and color saturations were beautiful. Your software used in post was really good, it did a very nice job with the stills. Generally I don't like a lot of the fancy transitions used in a video , but in this case it worked very well.
The water marks at the top left and bottom right were very annoying. I'm not sure why they were even there. I went to Roxandu.com and it said "Site will available soon." So there was no need to have it in your video. If you wanted to advertise it, you should have done it in closing credits.
At 2.51 you went from stills to videos and from music to no music. I feel that if you would have mixed the stills in between the video clips and used music along with the video clips, it would have worked better.
Because you did not use music in the video section, when it ended it seemed aborpt. I feel that a closing credit and music would have worked much better.
Over all, I really enjoyed your video.

Anton,
After reading everyone's critiques, I really don't have much more to add. For your first video, I think it was well done with much for you to learn. Don't just read the critiques of your videos but read the critiques on all of the videos, because there is so much to learn.
I thought you did very well with the street photography. Your images were excellent. Your post production needs some work, but that will all come in time. Don't give up and say that this is too much work and too much to learn. I think you will do very well with more time to practice your skills. Actually I was very impressed with your first video.
The biggest thing that I can suggest is when you are creating your video in post production, make sure that you are using the 16x9 aspect ratio. All the excellent stills and videos can be ruined if the post production is not done correctly.
Looking forward to seeing your next video.

Kamal,
The more I see of Bangladesh the more beautiful I think it is. It reminds me so much of Vietnam. Vietnam is a very beautiful country, although it's beauty was destroyed by war when I was there.
Lake Kaptai is amazing. I agree with Nick, in that, because it is so large, your video is taken up by endless scenes of vast water with an occasional little island. I did enjoy it when you captured scenes closer to shore. Unfortunately, so much of you video brought back the horror's of war to my mind. This is not your fault and has nothing to do with your video skills, it is just me reliving some very bad times, in my mind.
Because this is a long video with very much the same thing through-out, I think it would have worked better if you could have used more still shots through-out to break up the video and help hold the viewers interest. It wasn't until 4 minutes into the video that you used still shots. The still shots were hard cuts and I feel that transitions would have worked better.
I truly enjoyed the beauty of your video very much.

Bunny,
In the beginning at .39 you used nice angles and low shots to show the water and ice chunks floating, nicely done.
The penguins were so intriguing and fun to watch.
Your still images used through-out were beautiful.
The fade transitions used worked really well. I like them much better than just hard cuts.
I can see that it took a lot of effort to create this beautiful video. You used about 30 still shots and 20 video clips.
I loved the Mannheim steamroller music...it worked very well with the story.
The one question I have is why the "Camp Cougar Productions"
lead in? I personally don't like it and wonder why you would start such a beautiful video with that. If you want to give credit to "Camp Cougar Productions" I would suggest that you put it at the end of your videos.
Well Done.

Peter,
At .21, I could smell the coffee in my mind.
Starting at .39 showing the beating of the eggs, done at a fast motion speed, added a touch om whimsical emotion to the story.
At .59 we see the butter melting in the cast iron pan. It started to make me hungry, thinking what will come next. Oh Yes, the eggs so nicely scrambled.
At 1.29 we see the bread being toasted in the same pan.
Then at 1.44 we see the strawberries being cut and the apple sliced.
Then the meal being plated.
I thought this whole video was done very well and it took alot of forethought and enginuity to figure it out.
The music really went well with the story and was timed perfectly.
I don't agree with Nick, in that, I felt the filming angles were done very well. I liked the over-head view of the pan. there were other angles used in the video, like when the coffee was being prepared.
The text title "Lets Do Breakfast" was nicely done, giving the viewer a hint of what was to come.
Good fade transitions use through-out the video.
Very Well Done!
