First let me say that your video was beautiful and Pleasanton Ridge Reserve looks like a really beautiful place to shoot.
I know that you are new to aerial photography and you are just learning how to fly your new drone. With this being your first aerial video, I don't want to be too critical, but I will offer a few thoughts.
As I said Pleasanton Ridge looks beautiful, and it would have been nice if you would have shown more of it by flying forward into different areas rather than just panning left and right. For example, there was a shot where you showed us a beautiful cloud bank. It would have been more interesting if you would have flown forward towards the cloud bank.
The transitions between scenes were too abrupt. It looked like you went from one spot to another without anything to break them up.
As I told you, I find flying the drone and shooting a video to be very challenging. I usually have to concentrate on my flying and just hope the video turns out. Maybe with time and practice I will get better as I am sure you will.
Keep up the good work, I think you will find aerial photography to be fun and rewarding.

I find it hard to critique this video. A good critique should start out by saying all of the good things and then point out the things that could be improved on. Quite honestly, I can't tell you anything that you could improve on. I thought your video was excellent. If I didn't know better I would say this was done by a professional. The transitions, the music the use of still shots and how you would pan left or right and fade in and out, was excellent.
Your subject was so beautiful and interesting that it made me wish that I could have been there with you.
I have found, in my videos, that the image keeps going out of focus. How are you shooting so that every thing stays in focus?
