Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
34 Feb 25 Comment Very nice design. Good layering and depth, especially the frame breaks. The subject at the top of the frame seems to be overpowered by the large negative space above and behind him. Feb 25th
34 Feb 25 Comment Truly excellent. Great composition and color! Lots of good depth and perfect perspective. Good work! Feb 25th
34 Feb 25 Comment Although dramatic, the monochrome version seems unbalanced. I think it needs more definition before adding the contrast (more black/white, rather than dark/light). I love the color version, and would have personally gone for bolder color rather than monochrome. But that's just me. Feb 25th
34 Feb 25 Comment I absolutely love this style. It reminds me of Storm Thorgerson and Hipgnosis. To my eye, the daisies don't add to the image. Excellent work! Feb 25th
34 Feb 25 Comment Very nicely arranged. It looks fine as it is. I like the original image of the weathered wood more, but this works well. Feb 25th
34 Feb 25 Comment I love the composition overall. And you've used perspective very well. Except for the shadows. My complaint is not the strength of the shadow, but the direction. In the greater scene, the light is coming from the left side, slightly behind the viewer (as seen in the shadows of the lantern and trees). The car's shadow should logically follow the same line. However the car's shadow seems to come from directly in front of the viewer, yet no light source is visible in that area. Confusing to my eye, but not a huge problem overall. Well done. Feb 25th

68 Feb 25 Comment Only 3 inches? I bet there's a lot more now. Great use of back lighting. The color is good, but could use more saturation to define things. Feb 25th
68 Feb 25 Comment Window violation at the top right. Otherwise stunning. Feb 25th
68 Feb 25 Comment Hyper works well with this subject, and the window pull helps too. The soft backdrop makes it easier to view as well. Feb 25th
68 Feb 25 Comment There's a lot going on here. I see two images that could be cropped out to give it more impact. One would entirely crop out the people and rocks, emphasizing the depth of the log jam. The other would zoom in to the top right quarter, to frame the action. Feb 25th
68 Feb 25 Comment The shadows add a lot to the depth, and the blinds give it striking leading lines. I would prefer if the window behind the blinds was cloned out, or softened to a blur. It pulls my eye away from the otherwise excellent subject. Feb 25th
68 Feb 25 Comment Somehow the window alignment has failed. :( My apologies. Feb 10th
