I love the way you have added all the elements. The toning also works really as well. I love steam punk but have not had any great success with my images. Well done. |

This looks great, I am not usually a fan of selective colouring, but I really like it in this case. You have chosen just the right amount and a good colour to mask back in. The mono works really well as it may have been an otherwise busy image. I agree with a slight RH crop, maybe to the garbage bin, but then you may have to clone the light out as it would be cut off. Well spotted on the Hot! I bet I would have missed this if it were mine. Well done. |

What a great edit, he looks almost iridescent! The colour of the new background is a well thought out and compliments the image. Wonderful detail on how you made the image, thank you. |

A great image Steve, the hat rework improves the overall look. I like the desaturation of the image, particularly the face. The added texture completes the image filling in the white sky area. |

I also like the Steam Punk, Goth images. We had a steam punk shoot, but I did not really get any good images. I go to Ironfest sometimes, a medieval festival held annually here, there are many varieties of costumes there. The medieval festivals you have over there are amazing. My husband has enough gear to start his own club, I need to get photos of him!
I have just started working to my PSA recognition, I know I have enough for the first level, I just need to work out how to apply. I also need new I images for next year. I need them for camera club as well.

Thank you Steve,
I just use the selection tool, I am actually not that good at it and find it frustrating, some images it takes me ages as it needs to be precise. A little trick I use if it is not up to scratch is the Oil Pail filter in PS, it covers up mistakes and I like the look it gives. I mask out parts especially the faces and exposed body parts.
I forgot to mention that this model is blind. She was just amazing, two of our models from this shoot were blind. As many of our club member attend these workshops, I do not like to enter straight images as others may have similar. I use them in internationals. |

Thank you Georgianne, My daughter in law is good at brushes, I will see if she has made a tutorial of it and post it. She is a bit busy at the moment, 6 kids, some with special needs and has just started work!! The fabric over the knee was just cloning, pretty easy. I love adding reflections, it just adds another dimension. Sometimes I go to far and have to bring back the opacity. |
