Wow, such a cool sky. I do like Judy's idea of lightening the tree trunks. The tree in the lower left does not bother me. finally, if you are going to use a watermark I would tone It down a bit. Overall great shot!

Hi Judy,
I like the sky but I like the pano crop--maybe you could combine to two ideas. I'd love to see the energetic upper right portion of your sky behind the boats in the pano crop. You may even consider a photoshop motion blur of the sky.

Nice shot, the rainbow is a nice extra in the stormy sky. You may consider adding more light to the canyon foreground to improve the continuity with the bright area of canyon in the middle left.

Hi Wayne,
Welcome to the group! This is a beautiful scene with some nice elements working together. I interpret the mountain as being the star of the show and like how the stream leads right to it and the tree branch frames it from above. I also like the rich greens and reds in the lower right. I do feel the cliff is a bit bright and lacks the saturation and richness of the colors elsewhere in the image. Finally, you may consider cropping off some from the left and bottom so the mountain falls on one the "thirds" in the frame. This would also eliminate the blank blue area of sky.
Best wishes, Todd

Hi Pierre,
I think the portrait orientation helps emphasize the verticality of the Cattails and trees. If you could increase the luminosity of the brown leaves in the tree I think that would help pull the eye up from the cattails into the tree layer. |

Hi Lamar,
You've captured some beautiful light and color in this image. There are strong leading lines in the path/boat and shoreline leading to the fantastic sky. I do like Judy's version with darkening of the foreground. I would like to see just a bit more light on the sand to strengthen the boat/beach/sky connection. |

Hi Judy,
Perhaps I should have named it "The Complete Erosion of Light".
As for the addition, I approve of your choice of vehicles and BTW I once had a cat named Ansel. |
