This is an intriguing image since the object of the dog's interest is not evident. That makes one look again to see if we can figure it out.No luck! And that works.
BTW, Jerry et al my Nat'l Geographic friend carried an orange jacket and a fist full of $ bills for the same purpose.
Nicely done Sol. |

Yellowstone in winter is a wonderful place and your image captures the feel of the place well. The edits work the way you say you wanted and that is very nice to see. The vignette adds to the postcard feel which I would never have thought about. Thanks for showing us a very useful approach. |

I first looked at the images before they were "flipped " They now make more sense and I am glad I waited to comment. As a certified bird nut, I love both images. The image with the wave is a great photo shot that could hang on any wall. The image without the wave is sure to be appreciated by birders for its bird emphasis. Both are very well done. |

Great idea. The image in the view finder is a really good touch. That little touch of red brings the image alive. How did you hold your phone, by hand or on a tripod? The result certainly is "lay flat," with nice balance as well. |

A very nice image. Did you replace the background or just use distressed FX. Whichever, it really works. I think the crop works well on the right side as well. Nice job! |

Something is a bit weird here as I can only see this image as a thumbnail. this is not the case for the other images this month.
That said, it is a lovely image. It is interesting that you chose to make the sky 2/3s of the image. I like that choice! |
