I didn't try any other versions and don't know if it can be done since this was done with a "Live view" feature. Jerry may be able to add info on this question. |

I like the change in orientation which makes the composition stronger to my eye. It is interesting that you removed the distant sky. Doing that also lopped the tops off some trees so they won't get in the way of Dave's golf ball when he hits a long one! The slightly more saturated colors are a nice touch. |

The close up pose really grabs you. I like the B&W image better as it seems stronger than the color image to me,but that is clearly a personal preference. Thanks for the reminder that the iPhone filter app does conversion well. Good job! |

The play of lines and textures in this image is very interesting. Getting the chipmunk among the three pots works nicely. If I had seen that scene I am sure I would have passed it up as impossible. Thanks for showing it can be done well. |

Part of what makes this work is its simplicity while piquing our curiosity regarding what we are seeing at the same time.
The division of the subject into thirds from top to bottom and left to right is really interesting. Well seen and composed! |

You make a handsome couple!
The new background works well. I like it better than the original, which would need some editing to be a keeper. This is a great use of subject isolation and then image blender that you often show us. Thanks for showing us another example. |

What a great shot. The diagonal composition really works. Being able to do this with a phone rather than a big boy camera must make the trek easier and safer.
There are many Devil's lakes in the US. where is this one? |
