Your edits not only simplify the image, they make it much more vivid. I like the final effect. I never would have though of the crop you made, nor would I have deliberately blurred some of the blossoms. The result adds dimension. Live and learn! |

I am glad I am not the only one who didn't know what Sol meant by bifurcated. I was concentrating on trying (and failing) to identify the flowers. They clearly say spring and new life. The contrast with the tombstones and the trees they may have nourished is almost poetic. Glad you went back. |

The fact that the gull is leaving the scene adds to your 'fleeting moments" symbolism. The fact that there are only two barely visible people in the image is also a reminder of the strange times. This image would make a great jigsaw puzzle. |

The pelicans are lovely and the light is too. I prefer the image as you have it and I don't think I would crop the top, as the balance seems good to me. However, If the top were cropped a very little bit, then the bottom could be cropped the same amount to preserve that balance. |

I really like tree images ans this one makes its point very well. Distressed FX gives great emphasis to the rough texture. If this is the hand of man, it is a very old man's hand! Nice idea, well executed. |

Great shot. We all see the size of the rocks better because your spouse is there. A keeper as Jerry says. |
