What a lovely photo of an obviously warm and interesting woman. She must also be used to having her portrait done. The hand signal says she is trying to make your photo special in some way and you captured it nicely. |

Maybe we should all meet at Yellowstone with phones and selfie sticks. I've stood at this spot several times and rarely gotten anything I like as much as this! |

I really enjoy your treatment of trees and branches in this image and one of your earlier images. This one says spring loudly after a long lousy winter. The dogwood reminds us that winter has its effects and adds to the story and the painteresque treatment reminds us that it all may be ephemeral. Nice job. |

I'd love to see the original so that I could figure out whether the foreground is waterscape or "landscape." The whole thing looks like the beginning or end of the world as we know it.I am currently reading a weird novel of the Noah's Ark story from his wife's point of view. This image is a perfect fit. What i relly mean is that the image can take the viewer wherever he/she wants. Lovely. |

I've always liked Xhicago's bridges, but have never seen this view. Nice clean image of a city that doesn't always give that impression. It shows your love of the place. |

I like this treatment. As Jerry says it tells a story. The painterly treatment turns the kids into hobbits in a story, or that's what happens in my imagination. Great job. |
