Beautiful image. I love the composition and vibrant colors. When you substitute skies in On1 Photo Raw do you supply your own skies? |

Hello Gordy and welcome to the group. I can't add anything to what the others have said, I do think that it is a very nice image with great colors. I read your bio and about your close encounter with possible drone loses. I lost one drone by flying too low over water, it was far away and I misjudged how low I could go. |

Hi Pete, you certainly go to some great places and take wonderful photos. I like that you present this image in a vertical format, I think it is very powerful the way the layers lead my eye into the image. Great work in post processing with the colors and shadows. |

Hi Alex, I think that this is an interesting image with some good compositional points. I appreciate Drema's comments regarding the sun flare and the white tanks but personally I would hate to see the left side cropped because I like to see where the train is headed and with the left side cropped I think it would be heading out of the image. There may be a way to address Drema's concerns in LR or Photoshop. |

Hi Don, I think it is great that you were able to capture this image. It tells a story and the image itself is quite interesting. I agree with the other comments that perhaps a little cropping, left side and bottom, would strengthen the composition. I would not crop out all the containers on the left as I feel they give a sense of place to the image. |

Hello Richard, you found a great subject. I understand your dilemma in choosing which image to submit. I personally like the one you chose. I like seeing the details etc., I agree with Drema that the boat could be a little sharper. Thanks for sharing this image, I really like it. |

Hi Drema, I think this is a very interesting image and I like how you handled it. The pattern and the composition are quite strong. Personally I like the flat look to it, I think it adds to the abstractness of the image. |

Nice job Lisa. I love the colors and the composition, the person adds quite a bit to the image. I agree with Pete that the image may be stronger without the umbrellas on the left. |

Hi Pete, thanks for the comments. I like your suggestion about the side lighting. I do like having the lake on the right side and I would kind of hate to sacrifice that. |

Hi Drema, thanks for the comments. I do have a tendency to over sharpen at times. |

Hi Susan, I like the tighter crop, more focus on Abby. Here is a photo of our groodle, Sherlock. He's about 4 years old, we've had him just over a year. |

I agree with Michele, it's nice to see an image of improvement rather than decline. The skeleton look of the structure and the workman really tell the story and I think the B&W image is perfect. I'm not sure, but I think that the piece of equipment on the right is a distraction. |

Hello Michele, very nice photo. I like the subject and the way you have cropped the image. Your explanation helps me to understand the situation, knowing that I think that the person's expression is great. To my eye the white shirt is still too bright but I'm not sure what can be done about that. |

Hello Susan, I like your image, what's not to like with a good looking dog as the subject. I the low angle is great but I would like to get a closer look at Abby. Perhaps you could crop off some on the left and top, I don't think all the green is necessary. Is Abby a doodle? My wife and I have a 4 year old golden doodle that we rescued about a year ago and we love him dearly. |
