I would like to see the image taken from a higher altitude with the tank itself in the foreground then the field would be the back drop for the tank. I probably did not convey that idea very well and it's just a thought. Dec 10th

85 Dec 23 Comment Hi Don, I like your image and I appreciate the comments that others have made. I agree with Drema about darkening the upper right corner. I like the placement of the rock, I think the rock and the bay behind it makes for a nice complementary image, kind of a flowing S shape. Dec 10th

85 Dec 23 Comment Hi Richard, I think you have captured a great image. Looking straight down is interesting if you can find the right subject. At first I thought I preferred the X in the middle but after reflection I think I would prefer it moved to the left so more of the foliage on the right is visible. Your truck looks pretty tiny down there. Dec 10th
85 Dec 23 Reply Thanks for the comments Drema. I could kick myself for not getting the entire cone in the image or the video, I was concerned about the wind and distance I was away from the take off location and I overlooked that composition detail. Dec 10th
85 Dec 23 Reply I agree Pete, more room would have been better. I took video but unfortunately I did not get anything with more room around the volcano. I have another video taken as I was approaching the volcano but it is from a lower altitude and while the whole volcano is visible the cone is not. Dec 8th

85 Dec 23 Reply Thanks for the comments Alex. It was cold but mostly very windy. Not sure how high but over 300'. I couldn't get any closer, the drone was far out and I was afraid I would not have enough battery power to get back, especially with the wind. I would like to have gotten right over the top but that was still far away. Dec 6th
85 Dec 23 Comment Hi Lisa, I love your image. I really like this kind of scenery and especially run down abandoned buildings, they have a special attraction for me. I think the composition is good and I like the colors of the desert and the building. The guy on the right is interesting, makes me wonder what in the heck is he doing there. Also, I like the ladder running up the antenna or whatever it is. Dec 5th
85 Dec 23 Comment Hi Pete, what a beautiful image. The lighting is great and I love the cloud formations. The textures are wonderful, I can see the cracks in the soil. I cannot get any sense of the size of this, that's not a criticism as I realize that it would probably not be possible to indicate the scale. By the way how much wind do you feel comfortable flying in? Dec 5th
