Hi Janos, I like your idea of cropping tighter. I will give that a try, |

Hi Pete, thanks for the comments. I agree about the water, I have a hard time getting it to look natural, other than it's normal muddy brown color. |

Hi Alex, thanks for the comments. I believe I took quite a few images that day, some were with my DSLR, so I probably got a lot of sky images. |

Hello Alex, I like your image very much and I think what you did in post processing really works. The crop definitely works and the colors make the image pop. For me it really says amusement park. |

Hello Janos, I think this is a great image. For me it works both as a landscaped and as a graphic image. I find the composition to be handled very well and I love the colors and the long shadows, well done. |

Hello Patti, a very interesting image and sort of a sign of our times. I like your composition and I think that the juxtaposition of the pub sign with the man really adds some impact to the image. To my eye the whole image is underexposed, especially the man and and shadows. I think that could be easily handled in Lightroom. |

Hi Marianne, I agree with Stephen, this is an interesting shot. It seems anymore like people are in there own little world even when they are in a crowd. I think that Stephen's suggestion for adjusting the exposure is right on. I find that it is very difficult to get a whole scene exposed properly when there is such a range of brightness. Once again you have found a good subject. |

Hello Susan, I think that you have captured a very nice image, and I like the monochrome rendering. The image seems to tell a story what with people going to and coming from the vendor, I like the little pig statue. I think that you have handled the exposure well, I can see into the shadows somewhat. The only think that bothers me is that the image seems tilted a bit. |

Hi Beth, I think this is a great image. Desaturating the background was a good idea, it really helps focus on the subject. To my eye your crop also works very well. I'm glad you kept the image in color. |

Hi Chuck, I like your image and I think you found a good subject. Not having a crowd helps to focus on the subject. I like the highlight around the subject, in the original the woman merged with the background. I think that you may have lightened it just a bit too much. |
