85 Jul 23 Comment Hi Drema, I love this image. The lighthouse looks perfect to me, straight and everything. And I think that the sky is great, love the colors and cloud formations. To my eye the curve of the shoreline keeps everything together nicely. Jul 21st

85 Jul 23 Comment Hi Pete, beautiful image. I love the composition and sharpness, I think that the placement of the crater is just fine. I also like the exposure, I don't find it too harsh and I think that the shadows in the crater work well. The shadow has some detail and really draws my eye into the crater. Jul 21st

Even though it is normal I still find it very eerie without the water, almost troubling considering our current weather. I agree with you, I would be to chicken to fly my drone though the arches. 92 Jul 23 Reply Thanks for the comments Susan. I have given a lot of thought to the B&W argument and I think I prefer the color version. The girls are the subject but if this image was taken in suburbia, well I think it would be mundane. I think the colors help to establish that this is what I consider a rather exotic location. To me, the attention focused on the girl in pink is perfect and I like how all the subjects are clearly visible. Jul 14th

I think that this is a powerful image, everything seems squished together, the snow, the cabs, the people, it all really evokes some strong feelings. I like the "New York Sightseeing" sign. Jul 14th
92 Jul 23 Comment Hello Susan, I think you have a very interesting image, I have seen these before but I still think that they are rather bizarre. In my opinion you have handled the photographic elements very well, I think the image is well exposed and framed and I really like how you captured the subject with a slight blurring of the background. Also, I personally like the person walking out of the frame, I think that it adds to the idea of movement. Jul 14th

92 Jul 23 Comment Hello Beth , I think this is a beautiful image, I love the subject matter and seeing the brides face is great. Also, to my eye the placement of the couple in the image is perfect. I like the way that you cropped the image, I thought the two people on the far right could be cropped out but no, they add more context to the scene. Very nicely done. Jul 14th
92 Jul 23 Comment Hi Chuck, I like your composition and the dynamics of the image. I think the B&W rendering serves the image well. The sky is beautiful and the layers, front to back, add interest. Had you not mentioned it I don't think I would have seen the dog. Jul 14th
