Hi Don, very nice image, thanks for submitting it. I like the sky and I don't think that the clouds should be higher, it is a hilly area and clouds are likely to be below the horizon. I think that cropping from the right to remove the congested area in the lower right might help the composition - or not. |

Hi Alex, I think this is a very nice image, I love the subject. I like the colors, I would not want them to be over saturated. I think that a crop might improve the image, I think cropping out the road on the bottom and some off the right might make a stronger composition. |

Hi Lisa, I think that this is an interesting image. You certainly got a lot of comments about what people like and what could be improved. I personally like the road on the left. |

Very nice image. I like the subject matter and seeing the tiny people gives a good idea of the size and dimension of the gorge. Why all the drones? Were you with a group? I like the composition and I think the details are really good. |

Hi Pete, I love your image. The sharpness and the colors are great. This seems like an excellent subject for a drone camera. I like the composition but for my preference while the sky is beautiful I think that there is too much of it. |

Beautiful image Drema. I love the composition and the red lighthouse is great. This is a wonderful scenic. Not a big deal but I personally don't like the white building near the top of the image. |

Hi Chuck, I think this is a great image and quite a story it tells. I love the sky and the smudged up trailer. In my opinion the only thing that could be better is if there was some space between the horses. |

Good point about the ugly cabinet. I wonder though if a viewer had not seen the original if said viewer would notice the funny bush? |

Hi Marianne, I think you have a good story telling image here, the dejected mood is evident. I have an idea about the technical loss but I think another title might have been stronger, something like "A sad end to the season" perhaps that may leave the viewer wondering less about the title. I think the B&W rendering is well done and so it the composition and cropping. |

Hi Jeff, nice image, I like the way you have framed it. I think the composition is quite strong with you facing the other photographers. The sign is unfortunate but I agree with you that cropping is not a good option. |

Hi Beth, I think this is a very good image. As you said, the people entering the frame would have been nice but not much you can do about that. I think just lightening up the woman's face but not the man's may be okay. All in all a great image. |

Thanks for the comments Chuck. I like the B&W version, the yellow is pretty bright. I think I may like to try toning down the parking meters as an alternative to B&W. Other than the meter I like the color palette in the image. |
