Thank you so much Stephen for stopping by and leaving this very helpful comment. I had not realized the difference between altering perspective and correcting distortion. A very interesting discussion point |

Lovely study in shapes and colours. The red, white and blue are a classic colour combination and quite striking. I like the strong vertical lines broken up by the squares in the window. |

You have captured the fine wisps of the milkweed seed nicely. The blurred background helps us see the detail well. I agree that a higher F stop would help ensure sharper focus on all the seeds spilling from the pod

A beautiful peaceful scene. The red roof and the red in the lighthouse add interest to the otherwise fairly neutral scene. The reflection is an added bonus

I like the feeling of peeking into a world we normally don't see. The texture of the tree bark and texture of the grass work well together to bring attention to the bird. |

Lovely look at the texture and design detail of the door. I find the off centre placement of the handle adds interest to the image. I would prefer to see the green more saturated, to help it stand out from the brown door. |

A very powerful image! You are close enough to the subject to bring out the detail, but have left a large natural expanse to give a great sense of place. The natural quiet tones work well together. Technically it is well exposed and sharp from the rocks in the foreground to the mountains in the background. |
