Thanks Jim! I created the water drop using a small dental irrigation syringe. Makes exact placement a little easier, even though the drop still tends to roll. |

This shot was worth the effort. The beautiful clear background shows off the feather detail perfectly. Great exposure control keeping lots of detail in the whites |

Lovely composition with a fresh spring feel. The blue and pink tones work so well together.

Beautiful composition with lovely warm colours. The wonderfully textured sidewalk and road act as perfect leading lines to the gate and the beautifully framed rooftops in the distance. |

A nice capture of a happy moment. Lovely natural looking smile. The pinks reflected in the sunglasses contrast nicely with her blue blouse. |

I like the soft rolling feel of the sky contrasting with the linear structure of the building. The pop of turquoise in the pool is beautiful against the golds. Lovely use of harmonious colours! |

Thanks so much Randolph! Ironically I'm afriad to put it in our club competition. They have a strong, strong bias against any image that is not in focus from front to back.
There is only about an inch between the water drop and the background daisy. Petals were squished together. I aimed my light at the background daisy from an angle, trying to avoid the front flower. |
