14 Oct 24 Reply Hi Darcy,
Thanks for your feedback and suggestions. The cropping of the headdresses was an alternative to not being able to make a good selection. I am posting the other original so the group can see what I was faced with. Thanks again and I agree with your point about creating more balance.
Best regards,
Greg

14 Oct 24 Reply Hi Tom,
Thanks for your comments and feedback. It was a very good event, but they put the visitor in a very tight space. I am attaching the original where I cropped off the headdress. I couldn't get a clean selection, so I cropped in as an alternative. Thanks again for your feedback.

Another interesting aerial. I had no idea what I was looking at until I read the description. A very nice capture.

14 Oct 24 Comment Hi Erin,
I like your conversion to B&W. I think you did a nice job in processing the image to get a completely different feel to the flower.
Thanks for sharing.

14 Oct 24 Comment Hi Tom,
My first impression of your image was "WOW". All of your work paid off and you produced a very interesting image. When I first looked at this image, I saw an eye and a mouth, and I thought this was an image of a prehistoric animal. I like the image as is but I had a few possible options for you. First one was to turn the background black and leave the rest in color. My second suggestion is to convert the image to B&W. Again, this is a very interesting image.
Thanks for sharing.
Best regards,
Greg

14 Oct 24 Comment Hi Darcy,
Avery simple but interesting image. It made me think of the recovery effort going on in Florida.
Thanks for sharing.

Your choice to convert this image to B&W made it a very striking image. The work you did in postprocessing really works well.
Thanks for sharing.

14 Oct 24 Comment Hi Ingrid,
My only suggestion is to make a print. Your work in postprocessing is right on and the color palette brings out the feeling of Autumn. Thanks for sharing.
Best regards,
Greg
