I think you did a very nice separation of the flower from the background. Tom and Ingrid had a few good suggestions for you. I think once you have your selection made, you have a few options in Lightroom to adjust the background. All in all, I think you make a very nice image.

At first glance this seemed to be a very busy image. After coming back to it a second time, I really appreciate what you created. The long exposure motion is very smoothing and provides a nice frame for the Opera House. Your elevated position works very well, and the bright area in the lower right almost provides an entry point into the image. Another very well-done image.

At first glance, I said to myself "What a nice image, with a lot of great features". The composition works very well, with a nice foreground, a river that works as a leading line, a bridge as a main subject, and a very nice background. When I read your description that this was one of your 75mph images, I was very impressed. I think Tom has a few suggestions that would add nicely to this image, but all in all a very impressive capture.
