I agree with a lot of the positive comments from others. The color palette works well, and the lines and shapes created by her pose makes this a strong image. My compliments to both the model and the photographer. It looks like a good team effort. I do agree that the background could be toned down a bit. Maybe just a slight vignette would work.

I believe you accomplished your goal of creating a realistic looking composite. Your running horses work well with your background. I agree with Tom's recommendation that a little cropping may help emphasis the horses more.
