14 Jan 22 Reply Ingrid,
Thank you for your feedback. In my reply to Kamal, I have attached an image with people in it. By the arch it is pretty steep, and the young person almost slid off the shelf.
All the best for the New Year.

14 Jan 22 Reply Kamal,
Thank you for your comments and feedback. It is pretty steep by the arch so many tourists do not get too close. Attached is a shot of one individual who almost slipped off the edge.
All the best for the New Year.

14 Jan 22 Comment Hi Syed,
Happy New Year. A very interesting image with an interesting back story. I think your selective focus works well, and the yellow poster stands out well from the crowd and the green background. I also agree with Darcy that the man facing you taking a photo adds interest to the story.
Best regards,
Greg

I appreciate your feedback and I agree that adding a person to the image would give it some additional perspective and scale.

Happy New Year. Another nice model shoot. You composition works well. I agree with Tom that the model's face in Original 2 looks more natural.

14 Jan 22 Comment Hi Tom,
Happy New Year. A very nice action image. You captured the decisive moment. Beside the wings being in a classic launch position, you also caught the feet being separated from the branch. I also like the color palette. It has a nice holiday feel to it. Because of the strength of your subject the light areas in the background do not appear to be a distraction.

Greg

14 Jan 22 Comment Hi Darcy,
Happy New Year. A very strong composition. The ship cuts very strong lines and your choice of B&W works well. I tried to make the ship stand out a little more. I darkened the sky to bring out the texture in the clouds and also darken the water on the left side. Just an alternative process. All in all, a very nice image.
Best regards,
Greg

14 Jan 22 Comment Hi Ingrid,
Happy New Year. A very interesting composition with repeating shapes. I agree with Xiao that the image appears to be grainy. It may be a result of re-sizing. I also would try to add a bit more contrast.
Best regards,
Greg
