I like the color palette and the composition of your image. You may want to check, but there appears to be some fringing around the outside of the lower petals. All in all a nice image.

What a nice image. I like your use of a slow shutter to capture the snow fall. I also like your post processing and I agree with your decision not to crop. The more I viewed your image, I saw a number of other possibilities. Increasing the saturation of the colors on the body of the train, transition to B&W, or even a filtered painterly effect.
A real nice image with a lot of possibilities.
