What a nice portrait. My only suggestion is to try to lighten your subjects eyes just a little with the radial tool or adjustment brush in Lightroom. Have a nice Holiday Season.

A very nice image. I like the colorfulness and I agree with Xiao Cai that you may want to consider cropping out part of the sky or darkening the background to put more focus on the boat and crew. Have a wonderful Holiday Season.
