14 Apr 19 Comment I played with this just a bit. I used a Soft Sepia in Silver Efex Pro. I then added 2 radial filters from the Camera Raw filter. One to lighten the eyes and one to darken the rest of the image. Just a different take. I also added some clarity in Camera Raw.
