You've captured a great expression, Richard, which is very appealing and makes for a lovely image.
I like the original crop too but I think that I would clone out the window bars as Barbara has done. I think also that the bright white of the chair is distracting. I've taken the liberty, below, of cloning the window bars out and I've also used the Nik Darken/Lighten Centre filter to emphasise her face and darken the other areas to draw more attention to her.

This is an excellent image, Oliver. I love the composition with the picture on the table with it reflecting the tattoos on her body. Both the picture and the out of focus text at the top of the image stop the eye wandering out of the image and push it back to the main subject.
The engagement you have made with her is excellent and captures her personality. The pink plastic wrist band is a bit distracting, but it is part of who she is and needs to be in the image. In any event, it isn't so distracting that it spoils the image and I wouldn't clone it out. Wonderful work!!

For me, this is a good sharp image which gives a definite feeling of movement Phil. I Think the dark area at the top of the image is rather distracting though and, if it were mine, I'd clone it out. I also get a sense that the hockey player is a little cramped in the frame and that it would be an even better image if you extended that area around her to give her more space. |

I think this is a lovely composition with a very interesting colour palette, Barbara - very attractive indeed. I'm not sure about the white lines at the edge of the orchid leaves as they look as though they might be halo artefacts caused by over sharpening. If it were mine, I'd clone them out together with the small white triangle at the bottom right hand corner of the image. |
