The original full image had the usual muddy brown background of objects taken in a dark museum. I was looking for an image that was predominantly blue for a competition and found it on my hard drive.
It helps to be imaging a Rolls-Royce! |

What a fascinating image!
I just wonder if darkening the sky a tad would make the tree stand out more.
Also, have you tried working on this picture in B&W; a really contrasty monochrome might work well.

A good question - I think it is part of another displayed picture. will go back to the museum and have a look.
I had to remove another object at the top right that was very distracting. I also did not like the cord guarding the picture. However, I am never sure how far we should manipulate an image.

I love the tones in this image - they are exceptionally well graduated. The composition is also excellent. |
