Nice shot. The starbursts on the lights are great. Colour range is interesting and graduates nicely as the eye lifts upward through the image. |

I love this style of shot!
The lighting and BW treatments are great. There is a granular feel to this image that really works.
I downloaded a copy and cropped it to see if rotating slight CCW and getting in closer helped it. It didn't - the heavy black of the curved roof is needed.

I find the lighting a little harsh. Maybe decrease the highlights to allow the colours to be richer. The vignette causes a darker result on the top than on the bottom. Maybe look at graduated filters to archive a vignette effect IE: lighter at the top and darker at the bottom.
Good focus and depth of field.
