Thanks Bob, will try working on it today. For some reason I can't get in my PS or LR so have to call and find out why. |

Yes they are scare! I used to sky dive over the Fitchburg/New Hampshire border. Spent many days in the colorful fall forests, dangling in the trees, often times in the areas with waterfalls. So soothing to watch. I always knew someone would come looking for me in the tree tops. Love that area. I've seen the still pool many times. we shoot what we see and your whirlpool is beautiful, just too muddy for me. If it were bluer it would be okay for me as I have always seen the dark blue pool. It is a really great shot that brings back many memories of the life I used to live. |

WOW, I like what you did with the background, though all I see is the expression of the owl as his eyes look into your soul. Beautiful, amazing finished photo. Thank you for sharing. |

Rick, neat truck! Personally I like the color contrast with the dark/light sky and the muted colors of the old truck. With all the open space, one wonders what happened that the old truck was left there, abandoned to the elements. |

Love the colors and happiness this photo emits even if it is clowns. I even have the same material in a quilt that the clown on the right has on his or her apron (the black flowered square). Thank you for sharing. |

Kristi, LOVE IT! On its own, it is amazing. Once I saw the original and realized what you did to enhance the photo, it was even better! So talented! The colors just jump out at you. |

Hi David, an amazing shot for its simplicity. Simple yet so powerful when one realizes the strength needed to complete the task. The colors are sharp and really catch your eye. Nice shot! |

Hi Bob, This is an absolutely beautiful rendition of a Virginia falls. I don't see the white spot, I see that first waterfall and my eyes go down to the pool. I'm not sure I like the swirl, as I have seen these pools and I appreciate the reflections and the leaves. For me it is a distraction to a beautiful picture, but leaving my tastes behind, I can see the beauty of the scene as it stands. Love, love, Love Virginia! |

Thank you all for your generous and kind comments this month. I have been absent from commenting because of the unpacking which will probably go on for the next 20 years! Who knew we had so much stuff. We downsized the house, but not the junk :-)
I hope to get back on track next month.
Stay safe and keep shooting! |

Kristi, thank you so much for your assistance with my baboon and showing me what it can look like and I love it. I don't know why I lost the sharpness in the reduction of size, but am looking at Topaz as they say it can sharpen anything. Don't know if that is true or not :-) Long run, we will be back in Singapore next year if the world opens up and I plan a stop at the zoo again and hopefully get another opportunity to get this guy. I appreciate the instructions/steps you used to get there, it makes it so much easier and I can follow along. |

Bob, thank you so much for your comments. I like what Kristi did and hope to duplicate them myself. Sharpness went south with the smaller format though I don't know why. I appreciate your comments. |

Thank you for the info on how to fix the arm area. I agree it was the sharpness that bothers me as well. It looked sharper in the larger format, but less sharp when I reduced its size for this format. Don't know why that should be. Others have suggested ways to sharpen and I will definitely try them. |
