Thanks Rick, I do plan to incorporate the vignette and getting rid of the dead branches as suggested. That is what was so strange as these leaves should have been dead. It was just in one spot on the castle wall.
Happy New Years to all! |

If this is Rockport, Massachusetts Harbor, I know it well. I love the colors and the sky/sunset, but I feel the harbor and boats are lost in the darkness of the fore and middle ground. Personally I would like to see them clearer, or them darker and silhouetted against a lighter background. They seem to get lost for me. And that maybe is okay, just an observation on my part. I see the reflections on the water, but not from where it comes. I love Rockport! Nice job. |

Have nothing to add - beautiful once in a lifetime shot! Amazing capture. If you can do a composition with this bird, what would he look like on a sunset background? I love this one, but just curious. So sharp and crisp. |

I love the colors and foreground of this picture. The dotty clouds distract me, but that is probably just my Virgo-ness. I like how the steam is coming off the hot springs. I'm beginning to see the importance of the "S" or the lines leading into the picture. |

Thank you Joan. The shiny leaves is what attracted me as well. These are autumn colors on March leaves and seemed out of place. I'll work on that upper left area. |

Thank you! I'll work on getting rid of them and adding a vignette. I appreciate your suggestions. Happy holidays and best of new years! Am headed to the Caribbean and hope to come back with a whole new group of photos :-) |
