Fascinated by this image. I agree with others that hand texture may be a bit overdone to my eye. Makes the skin look a little creepy for my tastes. I often prefer selective enhancements in an image. This is where PS layers works for me. I might add artistic touches to the ropes, while keeping the hand true to life. Applaud you creative efforts. |

Wonderful to see inside this beautiful chapel. Thank you. I agree with suggestion of including full arch. Even is foreground pews would need to be cropped out. Would love to see this scene shot with a really wide angle lens. Selectively enhancing vibrance of strained glass would be interesting to me. |

Beautifully composed image. Really like their complementary colors. Agree with value of adding a fine border to isolate image from black background. Might try two fine borders, one in white and one in purple. Thanks for sharing. |

This is a really quick edit in PS with a little more selective contrast added using Burn tool. I would take time to paint in dark highlights more carefully and select the barn on a separate layer to add vibrance to red barn. My preference for such edits it LR's adjustment brush. |

Wonderful memories of living in Eastern Washington inspired by your image. To my eye, the subject is the old barn. My attached crop hones in on this area of the image. I tend to be a minimalist who wants to really enjoy the subject taking a dominant place in an image. I like the big picture as a documentary of a Palouse Farm, but find more story in the barn. Thanks for sharing. |
