Hi Lisa, I like the horizontal version better, I think it creates less tension. That said, the shoe (being leather) and the trees have a definite organic feel for me, and the background feels out-of-place. I'm wondering if a reduced opacity image of tree bark might convey your vision better? The trees themselves remind me that I could be looking at a hologram. The concept is artful and I like where it's going. |

I think you've done a splendid job re-creating this photo. I agree with most everyone else about the leash though, it looks really tight and I think it could be eliminated or re-done to show it much looser. What a great idea to re-create Elliott Erwitt's images! |

Hope you're having a great trip Henry! I love your composition, only I wish the white outlines in the stems centered in the image were not quite so bright. Harold's techniques are great and the results are worth the effort. |

Great use of colors and perspective Kathy. I wonder if the pixie dust could have a smattering of yellow added also to match the yellow in her tutu. I think the wings need to be better defined. A very cute image! |

Great perspective on the foreground cactus Brad. The flame and the burned areas look great. I'm wondering though if a bright blue sky in the middle of the day might render a hotter and drier feeling. |
