You did a very nice job, with the black and white image, my only suggestion is to crop some of the stem. it's just to long on the back and white version, on the original color flower, with the green leaves on the left side, it seems Ok |

Here is the image with the original tone, But one problem if you enlarge the image above the 300mm lens used, the sharpness is gone. I used the original color, and must agree with you the color looks better. |

A very nice image, the skipper is sharp and you blurring of the background and the leaf below the butterfly is perfect . Good job. |

A great shot, the only thing I would try is lighting the sky a little bit. The image is sharp and the colors of the mountains stand look great. A very nice image. |

A nice portrayed ,colors look good ,but I would do something with the cigar. Remove the red light at the end of the cigar, leave it blank or try a light orange in spots. I would try to remove the loose hairs on the top of her head. |

A nice image, as the bear is looking directly at you. Picture is sharp and the white nails stand out. The only suggestion I have, is to tone down the green at the top right and left side or blur them out a little. This would make the bear's face stand out from the grass. |
