41 Jun 19 Reply Hi Kathy, now that I see it with denser fog I actually think I like the first version better. There's always so much to and fro in perfecting our images isn't there. Jun 9th
41 Jun 19 Reply Hi Brad, yes I think this looks great. Jun 9th
41 Jun 19 Comment Beautiful Lisa. You are so creative. You have a fantastic imagination to see this possibility and are also very skilled at putting it together. Jun 5th
41 Jun 19 Comment Wow Jan, what a great image. If you hadn't told me it was a composite I would never have known. I love that you made it black and white.
If I had to make any suggestion it would be that I think the eagle is just a little too close to the top of the image. I'm thinking that to fix this you'd have to pull the rocks and the eagle down a bit, as if you just pulled the eagle down his feet wouldn't have separation from the rock. Anyway, the image is fantastic as it is, this is only a little suggestion.

41 Jun 19 Comment Hi Maryellen, I think this is great and really eerie. I love seeing images featuring animals, as I'm an animal lover and get a lot of pleasure myself featuring our pets in my photos.
I don't think you needed the birds as you have a great image without them.
I find the grey sky at the top quite distracting and darkening it down and/or adding something like Brad's suggestion would fix that.

41 Jun 19 Comment Hi Henry, what a great image. I love the fluffy nose. What a great imagination you must have to be able to visualise to put this together.
I agree with Brad's suggestions. The eyes don't quite look grounded to the face and a bit of shadow under them would be sure to fix this.
Where the top of the forehead and the hair meet I would probably have had the hair blurring a bit over top of the forehead rather than the forehead blurring into the hair. I think this would be just a matter of putting the hair layer on top and then masking off where we need to see the face, using a soft brush at the hair line.

41 Jun 19 Comment Hi Kathy, this image grabbed my attention straight away and I agree with Brad that it's one for the wall.
I agree with all Brad's suggestions, especially about making the fog a bit denser so that the boat looks a bit more like it's mystical.
I love the colours you've used, they go so well together.

41 Jun 19 Comment Hi Brad, Wow, I certainly get the feeling of looking out into the vastness of the ocean, and it makes me wonder what he is thinking.
It's a shame a little more of that gorgeous sky couldn't be included, but I'm not sure how you could have done this keeping the dimensions of the photo.Maybe instead of having him standing on the sand he could have been standing in the water in original 2?
Also, the horizon in the final image looks like it needs to be straightened.
