81 Nov 18 Comment I'd be interested to see what it looks like in color. I enjoy jigsaw puzzles, and this would make a great one!

This is a photo that you could look at for hours just trying to find stuff (how many meat mallets, how many tea pots, etc.). Fun! Lots of textures: brick, bristles, wooden window frames, cheese graters, where do I stop? I can picture myself with my grandkids beside me having some quiet time but playing "I spy with my little eye...." Again, fun!

81 Nov 18 Comment Adorable little boy. A big smile was on my face and a chuckle or two of laughter. I agree with Randall on trying to eliminate the tree branches or make them blend in with the greens. Also, I would try to take the highlights down on his shirt a bit to see if it can be made a bit bluer. I find the blue bar (?) at the bottom right corner of the image (behind his left elbow) to be distracting. Maybe try to remove it or change the color so that it blends with the background.

I don't shoot people because they move. I think this is a fantastic shot simply because he is so in focus. I think you probably do very well with portraits.

81 Nov 18 Comment Ohh, this is beautiful, and well titled. I wish I was sitting in a lawn chair watching that sunset happen. The three words that immediately popped into my head: peaceful, tranquil, relaxing.....and then an audible sigh. The reflection in the foreground, the multiple ranges of hills/mountains (I count 5), the colors. Well done! Nov 5th
81 Nov 18 Comment When I saw the thumbnail-size photo, I thought, "what's that? A skeleton of some creature?" Then when I looked at the larger photo, I saw the ropes. I still don't see an anchor, but that doesn't matter because this photo sucks you in and won't let you go. I like the ropes emerging from the sand. To me it almost gives the rope a life of it's own, emerging from deep below ground to finally be able to reach toward the sea it so desperately needs. Nov 5th
