Regarding the background you can also try using the mixer brush and carefully blend the surrounding colors over the white spot on the top left. If your mixing blends over into any part of the helmet, just use a hard round brush and erase off the spill. Your background is so nicely blurred, this could work well. |

Janet I like what you have done with this image. My eye is enjoying the toned down and soft background as well as the sharply focused eye with the nice catchlight. |

I'm enjoying this image very much. I'm a big fan of Van Gogh. I think the image tells a great story of a couple enjoying the exhibit. Great job catching that moment in time. |

Great idea for a still life. I like the objects you have selected. As I see this image, your window light was coming in from camera left. I wonder if the placement of a fill card - like white foam core or a reflector to the right of the objects might throw a little more light on the right side of the image? |
