Lovely model and great lighting. I agree all of the positive's mentioned above. The only distraction I notice are the white pants. |

For an image which was intended to focus on the lips, the angle would be good, except her elbows are the first thing encountered by the camera lens and that is distracting me from focusing on her lips. |

I agree the hairlight/halo effect is distracting and the area just above her navel is a little hot. Otherwise I really like the even skin tones and her full hair. |

All the components come together to create a very strong image. I like the separation from the background. I like the image. |

Thanks for the feedback.I notes a number of the concerns you mentioned, but in the end I just felt the pose broke some rules in a good way. I appreciate what I am learning in this group |

Great image Randall. In my camera club we have a lit of fine macro images and this ranks up with the best. I like the way the sharpness falls off ever so slightly on the edges. |

I also like photographs of old farm equipment. I think bumping up the saturation and burning down the snow would increase the effectiveness of this image. |
