Dr. Isaac, a beautiful scene, at least for you and the Osprey. I like the peak action and the crop. I do find it a bit over sharpened, especially with the water, which you can remedy. I also find the water level going upward from left to right. You might check that to level the pic. It looks a bit blue but that could be my screen. A lovely shot, perfect timing. |

Kathy, I like the progression of the three flying. A bit of overlap on the right two, but not too bad. It is a cute picture and I like you have the bottom birds. I find it overall a bit soft unfortunately. Topaz Sharpen helps but it needs to be less, as it got crunchy. You might have a pic just before or after that might render better. Here is a good opportunity to burst your shots. |

Sarita, I like your thinking, and the crop. I also like the darker background. I do find it a bit over sharpened and smudgy in various areas, perhaps from Topaz. There is a bit of sharpening halo especially around the legs. I suggest toning down the neck area to as there are some bright spots. Glad you got the eye. That is a fun shot with peak action especially with the water droplets. |

Mike, a shot I would like to take some day. I like your crop.
Maybe a bit more contrast or saturation could bring out even more drama, but I am not sure without trying. And/or check levels and get more out of the whites and blacks. Beautiful. |

Jim, A wonderful action shot. I like the three cormorants all doing something different. The bottom right watching, the middle chasing, the lead fleeing. Beautiful wings, and I like your crop. Fish and water hot in places and you might tone it down and get more detail. Topaz sharpen might be helpful too. A wonderfully seen shot! |

Stephen, thanks. I know that lake. Been there twice. Hey, I have about 8000 pictures of close-up shots, so that is a yes. I have mostly been processing those shots. Here is one, as I was only able to add one pic. |

Angela, I just love the shot and the composition. Good rendering of bnw where the emphasis is on the flowers and not the vase. It seems a bit muddy on the background, esp on the right. I like the subtle shadow of the vase. A bit of the vase is blown out, and you can fix that with content fill. Lovely. |

baserunner is great. i wonder if you have a shot where the first basemen is trying to tag him and we see his face? and cutting off the players in the background is distracting to me.
Tough crop as you have the other player merging with the first basemen. could clone him out. |

So beautiful. I love the arrangement. very creative. I wonder about the overlapping in the middle of the yellow flower. was that on purpose? I would have thought you would not overlap it, but even overlapped it is appealing. |

How beautiful. and you did well with the background (but for the bit at the bottom). good angle and great colors. The upper right makes the shot for me. well done. |
