Hema, the capture of color is vibrant. And those eyes - Piercing. You capture the intensity of the event and moment. The muted and out of focus background focuses the viewer on your main subject. There are a few less muted spots on the left that would be in my opinion muted to keep that 3D effect you created - two blue areas and one green dot. The red is amazing. |

I know not what time you have, but it is 12:47 and I was off to bed, and then again now. Have a great day. Converse later. Tonight I have been working on portrait photography. Looking to find a style. |

Thank you for sharing. The colors, the textures, the innocence. I love it. I love taking pictures like this. There is a simplicity, yet magnificent depth. I agree! |

What a wonderful time that would be. Hopefully the world opens in a good way to enable that very trip. A fantastic idea to for all of us to meet and take pictures. I put it on my prayer list. |

Janet, nice capture and I like the detail. A little hot in the yellow at the top that could be brought down. With that camera and lens there is not much to do to improve the shot. Shot at f7, and I wonder what it might look like at f11. I like what you did, and I enjoy macro shots, like here. |

Noël, nice action shot, and I like that both feet are off the ground. Good timing. I also like the way you made it vertical. You could consider a slight horizontal move to totally put that bottom edge of the yellow item completely level also. Just a thought to try. I would clone out the cord from his pants and lighten up his face. You did a very effective job of eliminating spots and distractions. |

Thank you Stephen. I did have a different framing that I tried that was more conventional, but I found the crop that I am displaying here to be have more tension. But you hit the nail on the head for feedback that I thought I might get, and I do believe you are correct. As this forum is a learning forum, your comment for something I was wondering about is appreciated and helpful. Thank you. |

Janet, thanks. I actually did that, but it seemed to take away from the green, but we are on the same page here. |

Angela,
My first words. Oh my gosh!!!! Scary..........
Now that out of the way, how awesome is that! You are one creative lady. Wow. Composition is key, and you nailed it here. Colors great. Only thing I could offer is to get that flower you are holding to pop from the background, as it blends in especially on the left and gets a little muddled. Looks like two shades of black on the dirt. looks like planting the plant, and that works. rich soil indeed. Absolutely love it.
