81 Oct 19 Reply Janet, wouldn't it be nice to be in the sky, but i was grounded at the show, near the front. The way got that look was because the jets did not start the trails till closer to us, so the trails started to blend with the clouds; thus, i was able to get this effect rather than the trails going to the edge of the pic. 81 Oct 19 Comment Hema, what wonderful leading lines you have drawing us into the picture and your subject. I like the bnw rendering, and the low angle from which you took the shot, and there being no barrier at the bottom of the lines my eye just slides into the picture, which is very effective. Oct 3rd

81 Oct 19 Comment Angela, i find this a successful shot. I like the way the spray blows to the right coming into a mist, bringing me through the picture. What you might want to change - the cloud above the lighthouse may be a tad dark as it pulls my eye and thoughts more of a distraction than an accent. if you have a little more on the right, you might consider adding it, as if feels a little tight and it could use a little more room. you might even be able to get away with adding a little to the bottom, getting some cool waves and more of the wall, as it too feels a little cut off. contrast is well done, and a little more room around your subject, and as i look at it now, some on top too, could be really effective. Very well done, seen, and rendered. Oct 1st
81 Oct 19 Comment Well, well, well, a power image. I love the lighthouse with the water spray in front of it, and that it is partially hidden, adding power and drama. Got to get back to work, being called, and I will write more later. Love it. Oct 1st
81 Oct 19 Comment Angela, my total analysis too. Good to get candid feedback and that we are seeing the "same." I have before and after pics too, but before i did not get the spread like here that i liked, and later the outer jets were becoming too spread............ah. thx! Oct 1st
