Just a really pretty scene well captured. I think it is somewhat over processed for color. I'd back off a bit on the vibrance and/or saturation. |

Say ahhhh! I had to look at the photo for a bit before I could see that the beak is open and tongue showing. Very interesting and a view no one ever sees, much less capture in an image. Everything good. Nice job. |

Man, I just love the colors. They might reflect actual but look enhanced, which is perfectly fine with me. You've wonderfully captured a typical bald cypress swamp during that brief time when the foliage color is at its peak. The small patches of white in the lower right side of the image - is that a road? You might try getting red of those white spots. A really nice photo! |

Hi Larry, holy cow what a wonderful image. Maybe the best one you have posted IMO. Such drama and mystery. Couldn't be better IMO. |

Hi Susan. Sorry to be late for the party. I agree that this is a fine image of a unique and beautiful bird. I might try darkening the background a bit and de-sharpening because it's busy although out of focus. But nah, it's great as-is. |

Oh Cindy I really like this kind of photo, and this is a good one IMO. Love the insect photos! Fine as is, but some might think the saturation (or maybe hue) of the leaf color doesn't look natural. I like that you included the hole in the leaf to provide environmental context. I would decrease the contrast a bit, but that's a personal preference. A very interesting insect! |
