Thanks to all for the comments. I just ask one thing. Don't tell anybody about this one. It might tarnish my reputation as the World's Best Photographer. |

I think you did well considering the limitations of your location. Thanks. |

You certainly have captured the impact of a huge volume of water going over the falls. The fine detail of the water is kind of visually interesting - nothing says you have to shoot all waterfalls showing silky water. The photo looks out of balance to me - I wish you could have included more of the waterfall in a more panoramic view. You might want to get the Z14-24 lens. Thanks. |

A great image except for the crop. I would look more at the "rule of thirds" here, giving the fox some room in front as Larry did. Being a cropoholic, I would have cropped it even a little tighter. |

Well, it's good to know that issue is settled (wink). As for me I just go with what "looks right". As usual, I can't explain it very well but it has a lot to do with having plenty of room in front of a moving bird or any other animal. I don't like it when the bird is near the edge of the frame facing out. |

It's so good to see a macro submitted. And this is an excellent one. Extremely well composed and you brought out the colors in a most beautiful way. The repeated white "smiley" patterns on the bubbles add a lot to this photo. All good IMO. |

Holy cow, what a beautiful image. The pose of the bird and that bright area of light on its belly, and the overall warmth and muted colors really make this great to me. One question. The preference that birds should be facing left has been discussed in this group. If you entered this in competition would the fact that it's facing right be a negative? Not criticizing, just a question. |
